I've noticed that the femdom community can be really diverse when it comes to interests, with some folks leaning extreme when it comes to kinks while others are at the borderline of vanilla. To me, as long as everyone participating is safe, sane and consenting, both sides and everything in between are valid and fun!

But when it comes to you specifically, what do you like to see in YOUR version of GFD [gentle femdom] or femdom? And what would you like to see more of? I always love learning what people are into!

Now, this is coming from a male and submissive perspective, so obviously it might differ from other opinions, as I feel your art does attract a more diverse group than a lot of erotica out there, but the biggest thing for me and the reason I adore your work is above all the dynamic. More than any singular kink, it's the characters, the interaction, the looks, the expressions, the communication, in many cases the romance (I am a huge sucker for romance when it comes to kinks and smut). I enjoy it when it clicks, before anyone gets naked. It's why that Kyu-ri and Lukas text message thing you did a bit ago is probably one of my favorite pieces you ever published, because it's just cute, funny, wholesome, all while firmly reveling in the agreed upon roles of the power dynamic. It's with that in mind, that I also struggle to point out specific preferences in what I want to see, because my preferences when it comes to lewd content don't overshadow my preferences in gentle femdom narratives. In case of the former, to keep it simple, I like content involving oral worship and services, I love facesitting, I like little, aggressive gestures reinforcing the power dynamic, like pulling at the subs hair or pushing him down, teasing comments, not cruelly humiliating, just having fun with it all, plus various forms of bondage, from the simple and basic al the way to shibari cause it's just pretty and oh, collars and leashes? Lovely. I even like pain to be a part of it, ESPECIALLY when the narrative itself does not end with the pain, but we actually get to see the aftercare. Aftercare is such a beautiful element that is SO often ignored and particularly in a romantic setting, it can add SO much to the dynamic of the characters, it's such a great bonding moment. Now on the other hand though....narratively, sure, I love all that, but...let me say, purely as a kink, something like pegging does nothing for me personally. Yet I have loved every piece you ever did involving it and something like "Ladies On Top" is one of my favorite recent manga, because on a plot level, pegging is such a fantastic way to drive home aspects I love about femdom and gentle femdom that go beyond the mere sexual act. For starters, it is THE perfect go to for giving the finger to gender norms, both regarding women having to be the submissive aspect, but also to men not being seen as real men if they are a bottom, so for exploring that aspect, the normalization of somewhat atypical relationship dynamic, it is always a great catalyst. It also can be used to explore some of the more delicate aspects of gentle femdom, especially when it is the first time, as there is room for error, he might hurt if they misjudge what toys to use, both can be nervous, afraid, excited, what have you, it opens up layers in the storytelling. So regardless of how much I like something, if it helps furthering other aspects I like, the mental aspects of domination and relationships, I can still love it in the context of the story. Which, in hindsight, means this entire ramble, boils down to "as long as it is done well, all is fine". But to give a more focused, TLDR response to the initial question: femdom, gentle femdom, to me, is a thing about trust, care and affection. It's the desires of the domme being put over those of the sub, but the sub gladly giving up on them, giving up a degree of hypothetical freedom for the partner. On the flipside, it is also about the domme fulfilling her needs and fantasies and desires, but, with gentle femdom, it also is to a large part about her appreciation that the sub puts her on top like this. What both parties want and desire to that end, is ultimately open for interpretation. I guess that's about the best input I could give here.

It's so funny that the Kyu-Ri X Lukas text exchange meme was one of your favorites haha I should do memes of my characters more often! I definitely think similarly with a lot of what you wrote about, there’s so much untapped eroticism in the details and dynamics between characters that a lot of nsfw creators sadly miss out on. A lot of it is domination for domination’s sake, which can be fun occasionally, but lacks romanticism and human connection that elevates an erotic piece. As you said, even just an aftercare scene can make characters feel so much more alive and human. But thankfully, compared to how it was 5+ years ago there’s a lot more artists/creators making fantastic gentle femdom/femdom/cunnilingus content with these nuances! I remember reading a few chapters of “Ladies on Top”, not sure why I dropped it but I’ll check it out again! But yeah, honestly same, drawing pegging for pegging’s sake doesn’t do much for me either. For a long time, I wasn’t super into it until I saw how other artists/creators inserted emotional and relationship aspects into their pegging content that I was able to draw pegging in a way I enjoyed. Sensuality, female top/domme, a toss up of gender norms, and sometimes silly moments is what I aim to include when I draw pegging art. Oh man, those are some really good questions. And ones that I've really not thought of in-depth, so I apologize if I word anything weirdly. But for me, femdom is all about being able to show your most intimate desires with someone dear to you. Granted, I do enjoy the more extreme side of it every now and then, but seeing the euphoria on both people's faces as they're in the throes of pleasure are second to none. To give you a a better idea, I'd say I'm a switch but a bit more on the bottom side, and I'm into domination/power play in general whether it's a man dominating a woman or a woman dominating a man. The key difference however, is the difference between how they affect me. Like, when I see a woman being dominated, it activates a part in my brain that says, "Yeah, I'd really like to overwhelm someone like that too," but when I see a man being dominated, it activates a part in my body somewhere that says, "Oh my god, I wish that were me/I wish I could be overwhelmed like that." Although the biggest downside of this is that most works I've seen are skewed to either side of the spectrum of Extreme vs Wholesome without much blending of the elements together. But when I see your works, I know that I'll get exactly what I want. Take pegging for example. I'd say I'm pretty into it, there's just something about it that's really hot. But most of what I've seen has the man being taken advantage of, or tricked, or overpowered, or something else where it ends off with me actually fearful for the wellbeing or reputation of the man. But with yours, even if the acts end up on one side more than the other, I know there's a bit of aftercare or wholesome recompense that's in store (and yes, I know I put too much stock into fictional characters in fictional situations lol) As for what I'd like to see, I'd definitely like to see more anal play and sex toy use. Whether it's pegging or a standard prostate massage, whether it's overwhelming him by stimulating his shaft in tandem or driving him crazy by not touching anything else and making him focus on the sensations, or even if it's combing anal play with other sex toys to REALLY make him nuts, I know you'd do it a great justice. I'd also really like to see something like orgasm denial or orgasm endurance, the former testing to see how much pleasure he can endure before finally being allowed to orgasm and the latter being how many times he can stand orgasming before he can't take it anymore (whether it's based on time, amount, or just how much he can take doesn't matter imo). That's about it for big things, but I'd also really like smaller things like pulling his hair/teasing him by pulling him away by the hair to deny the affection he so richly craves, or teasing with blindfolds and light bondage. Honestly, I think anything you come up with is bound to be top tier, so I'd be fine with whatever you come up with!!

You should! It was fun, adorable and in its amusement even a bit hot, plus probably comparatively easy to make I imagine. I would like more for sure. And you are right about the domination for dominations sake and sometimes that scratches that particular itch. But sometimes you want the full course and all the emotions. It's great when something is hot. If it pushes the right emotional buttons too, that's even better. I personally think Ladies on top is a worthwhile read, especially at only six volumes. But it does cover a lot of the insecurities in liking submission from the man's side, so it might be fully my bias speaking, cause I connected with it. It's interesting that for you too, the emotional side is what drew you in there. I definitely feel you succeed in your goal.

I see, I see, very interesting hearing your perspective as a switch! I 100% agree about seeing everyone involved in the throes of pleasure, it’s the best! Although I don’t view mdom content too often, I totally relate to self inserting into a piece, especially powerplay art. Though with hetero mdom content I tend to relate to the guy aha! Oh of course! I saw the post and really wanted to answer it, not just to help with what you might want to try, but also to help me straighten out my thoughts! After all, when I figured out where my proclivities lie, it was after I realized that it was a waste to me to limit my desires to only one side of the power dynamic. There's just some things you can only feel/experience on one side of the dynamic versus the other, and I not only want those for myself, but whoever I happen to be with too. And you're totally right too, when you made the first post about starting the new Kyu-Ri x Lukas comic, I knew I was in for an intense ride. It's been great so far and I really can't wait to see how they both handle this new experience!!

I'm very very very on the light end with my GFD. I'm submissive male and for me the big allure is the love and trust that comes with the kink.
