This is such a fun movie. Considering that Predator is, at its core, just a simple 80s action flick, it’s impressive how much suspense they managed to get out of the Predator itself. A huge shout-out also goes to the special effects crew; the makeup for the Predator looks absolutely fantastic. The Predator's species is called Yautja, and the entire culture of their race revolves around hunting the most dangerous creatures in the galaxy. These, let's call them "hunting expeditions", serve as a sort of rite of passage within their culture, through which the hunters must prove themselves. For instance, they also hunt the Xenomorphs from the Alien movies. The Xenomorphs are actually considered the ultimate prey that only the strongest hunters can take down. There are two crossover movies, Alien vs. Predator 1 and 2, both of which are pretty entertaining. Since this is an 80s action movie, the soldiers don't have to worry about running out of ammo; every action star in the 80s seemed to have the "infinite ammo" cheat code enabled. Just during the scene where they storm the camp, they burn through more ammunition than a real-life rescue squad would ever carry with them. You just have to love the 80s!😅 I have to agree with Yuri: Tien was the only one who actually understood the dirty jokes, and she certainly got a good laugh out of them.😉 I think Ran is ready for more Arnold, and Conan the Barbarian is exactly the right movie to deliver that.😅 I was actually mentally prepared for John Wick today. I hope that movie (and perhaps the entire series) will be coming up sometime soon. That was a great reaction, as always, Angels!💜

Hello Angels!! Since you began to have Yuri and Ran do some movies you already had Tiên and Lan do, and even more since you do Schwarzenegger's in particular, I was waiting for that one !! Plus I know this movie and what the predator are from reputation (and video games mostly) , , but I actually saw it first time with Tiên and Lan a few months ago. so even more happy to see it again now! PLus just with Ran and Arnold here, we know we gonna laugh a lot!! (proof: he didn't say a word, she's already blushing and laughing, making the other laugh !! 🤣🤣) Yuri: "give me some tissue" me: "why? is ran Crying ?" yuri cleaning Ran's mouth !! even better !!! 🤣🤣 (i think I will laugh way too much for an 80's action/horror movie with those two!!!) I knew it !!! the arm wrestling scene never failed to make girls loose their minds !! 😅😅 Funny things for the french version. when the predator is takng out his mask, Arnold say "You're one Ugly motherfucker!". In french, he say "Tu n'as pas une gueule de porte bonheur" which is translated as "You don't have a lucky charm's face". 😅 which I found way funnier. althoug the word "gueule" that I translated as face, actually mean "maw". so it's a really rude way to say face or mouth. (for example: "ferme ta gueule" is bassicly "shut your mouth!", again very rude). Someone already explained in the comment what the predator actually are, so I will not do a second one explaining what they are. just what you could miss or missunderstand from it. Tiên "a bazooka !?" no a grenade launcher! 😅but you're right "that's a lot of bullet" In fact they certainly shoot more bullet (and mostly grenades) in that only fight with guerillas than any soldier sould have on them.(and no need speaking about the jungle's shooting into nothing!) welcome in hollywood!! where guns have infinite ammo until the scenario is saying "stop, you need to die or use another weapon!!" 🤣 No no , Tiên, they spoke spanish. they're supposed to be in central america. Me too, i like the native american, Yuri. Yes, he look like ge's gonna kill someone Tiên. but mostly because he's so serious about his job as tracker. Plus he know something is following (and he's the only one at that moment) but he can't see it. that would put any one to have a grim face. "Is he dumb?" for hiding the blood. I think she doens't trust them mostly at that moment (even you said she speak when she began to trust Arnold). When billy is on the tree/bridges, he cut himself to show "I'm ready to fight and die". he also denied the alien the right to drop "first blood". "I may die, but you'll not have to honor to spill my blood". kinda hard to explain this notion, but the idea of blood is blood is life and in a fight, the one who's making his ennemy bleed is having the glory of the kill. kinda... it's hard to explain and i'm not even sure where that idea come from in first place... but if it can make you understand better (at least the main idea). "they skin people for fun" like some humans do when they hunt for pleasure. they hunt for sport, glory and achievement. that's why he collect trophies. (both humans and the predator). Tiên did understand quite well that when Arnold managed to hurt him and giving him a good hunt, the predator take off his helmet and fight hand-to-hand. He's seeing Arnold's worth as hunter and adversary. "you're worthy of fighting me not as hunter and prey, but as equal. hunter to hunter". Although, I don't understand why then, when he lost, he's exploding himself. My only guess being, this their policy to not be captured neither alive or dead. But it kinda cancel the achievement of Arnold and put the predator as a sore looser (not allowing Arnold to have his trohy)... but it's just my opinion. For the outro. this movie is so good. I really like your reaction. But I must agree with both Tiên and Yuri, both Ran and Tiên have dirty mind !! (Ran I don't know if it's her natural, but Tiên clearly became like that !! we can see a huge difference between Tiên first reaction and this one 😂) I like Tiên point of view bout each one having his way to deal with the predator. Thanks for the good time ! I really hope you'll do atleast one Alien vs predator (they aren't fantastic, but it will be fun to see you discover two monster from different movie you saw getting in the same movie) Have a good day, angels !!

I always wondered: if they hunt the most dangerous creatures of the Galaxy, why are they wasting time to hunt humans (which are very weak and easy to kill, when not Arnold or another main character in plot armor) when you have xenomorph, the engineers, drukhati and maybe others alien-life form in the galaxy. 🤣🤣 we really don't have luck ! 😂😂

As far as I remember the original lore, there is a tier list of dangerous prey that a Yautja must face over the course of their life in order to rise in society. I'm not exactly sure which tier humans fall into, but the Xenomorphs are definitely the final boss.😅

It's a shame there's more of the predator movies after this one and not enough time. Haha. especially where they run into the :) that's all I'll say. I'm not one to ruin it. I honestly I think you should find out for yourselves where the predator characters take you.

Thanks Angels. This was so much fun. I think this is my favorite Arnold movie. And again Tien, thanks for not spoiling anything. You're always so good at not spoiling things. I hope you ladies do other Predator movies. Predator 2 and Prey (2022) at least. I think yall would love Prey. Tien laughing at the echo joke again was funny. And this time she got the joke instantly unlike last time 🤣 And Ran getting jumpscared by the Predator vision. That would usually make me jump too lol.

'Pumping Iron' (1977) is definitely a movie to watch if you're an Arnold fan.

Arnold has 2 sons. The one that lives with him is always in the gym but the other son lives with the mother and hes bit on the porker, chubby. A woman doesn't know how to raise a boy into a man, Just Arnold which is why his son that lives with him is built. You should have seen the first version of the predator costume, it was ridiculous. Juan Claud Van Damm was supposed to be the predator but the costume didn't work and they wanted someone taller. Plus Juan-Claud wanted to use some of his Martial arts. And Arnold only ran for Governor. You have to be American born to run for President. The Predator was not killing for fun. Its a right of passage for a predator to return with his trophies.
