Arguably my most "famous" costume is Huttslayter Leia, and in 2025 I want to do another "highly iconic or recognizable genderbend costume where I'm not wearing much"
Great description.
My first idea is Dark Magician Girl, but obviously open to ideas.

If you're looking for iconic costumes to use for inspiration, I think that Power Girl and her boob window jumps to mind as a gratuitously revealing super suit ripe for a creative Genderbent cosplay. I'm not as familiar with Dark Magician Girl however. I'm guessing that she's a Yu Gi Oh card? At the end of the day you are the one making and wearing this, so you choose what you are passionate about creating!

I was going to say "Red Sonja", but I think her relevance dwindled after the whole "Conan the Barbarian" thing peaked in the 80s...Still, you wouldn't be wearing much! But I think your fan base is leaning heavily into your suggestion of Dark Magic Girl so I will vote with the masses in the end.

I've wondered since seeing Leia what you'd do with a gender-bend Storm or Scarlet Witch in their classic costumes, but I realise there might be a discomfort with the idea of racial appropriation.
