My Wizard of Oz-inspired gender-flipped haremlit novel is now officially submitted and in proofing with Royal Guard Publishing, which means the e-book release is coming soon. I don't have a firm release date yet, but I will be putting an ARC up shortly for folks on the paid tiers.

This was a fun book to write, and I hope you'll enjoy it. Here's the blurb!

-----

He’s off to kill the warlock. The horrible warlock of Oom.

After a pair of twisters drop game warden Walker Gale, his lifted truck, and his loyal dog into the magical land of Oom, he meets a brilliant farm girl afflicted by a dim wit’s curse, a beautiful steel soldier who longs for the ability to feel emotions, and a brave lionfolk girl cursed with a faint heart.

After being blessed by a very good witch and cursed by the Wicked Warlock of Oom, Walker vows to drive all three of his lovely companions to the Steel City. There, using his wits, his dog, and his guns, Walker hopes to force the Wicked Warlock of Oom to break their curses and save the land.

If he fails, the warlock will kill them all. But if he succeeds, he’ll earn a home, a family, and love.

We've already met Wren and Nine in prior posts, so today, I want to introduce you to Farah, the cute lionfolk girl Walker encounters in the Forest of Shadowed Leaves.

Farah

Once the brave and fearless leader of a small tribe of lionfolk, a rival tribe hired a warlock to afflict Farah with a "faint heart" curse. This left her afraid of her own shadow, and without her leadership, her tribe scattered.

After she saves the lives of Walker and his companions in the Forest of Shadowed Leaves, Walker takes Farah in and offers her a safe place to sleep, food, and companions. Despite her lingering terror of... well, just about everything... Farah gravitates toward Walker's strength and presence and decides to join his quest to depose the Wicked Warlock of Oom.

I'll have more news about The Warlock of Oom once I have a firm release date, and will likely have the ARC up in a week or two.

If this gets an audiobook(which it will), I hope the line “He’s off to kill the warlock. The horrible warlock of Oom.” Is read musically,
