July 2025 Update (Patreon)

Hey folks! After a long and refreshing July 4th weekend, I'm getting back to work on books and have some updates to share with you.

Audiobook News

Urban Sorcerer is getting audiobooks (hooray!) and I can now announce that the books will be narrated by Erin Bateman (primary narrator and female voices) and Alfie Syme (male voices). I'm incredibly excited to hear those two bring my latest series to life, and given how talented they both are, I expect great things.

For those of you who've listened to the Primal Conjurer audiobooks, Erin was the primary narrator on those (the voices she did for Saphi, Lena, Auri, Neph, Glory, and Cressa are those I heard when writing the books) and Alfie has done the male voices for Queen's Kestrel. So, we have two great performers who I'm certain will do a fantastic job.

Finally, both Queen's Kestrel 4 and Psionic Elite 3 are now out in audiobook. If you haven't picked those up and enjoy audio, every rating or review massively helps!

E-Book News

I've started writing Queen's Kestrel 5 with a target of finishing by 8/1, and expect to have an ARC for that book up for everyone in early July. As Trent's adventure with his tribe continues we'll get to know more about Sapphire and Princess Ivy, and we'll meet some lovely new faces as well.

Urban Sorcerer 2 is done (an ARC is now available if you missed it!) and is due out on Amazon on July 30. The ARC will remain up until July 25 or so. Thanks to my advance readers for catching some fixes that I'll implement for the Amazon release.

Finally, I haven't forgotten about Chroma Corps 2 (which remains 20% written) and will try to continue to plink away at that between my other projects.

Commissioned Art

I've seen an early pass on Ally Loren's Ruby commission (from Queen's Kestrel) and it's fantastic. I hope to have both a preview for Art Supporters very soon and the final image in a few weeks. Keep an eye out for that!
