End of July Update (Patreon)

Hey folks! I've been pretty quiet this month as I've dealt with some home construction and other issues, which have cut into the time I have to work. But now that all that is winding down, I've now got some fairly unobstructed time to write and expect to accelerate over the next week or two.

Queen's Kestrel 5 is now sitting at under 50% complete, but I expect to finish it in the next week or so. It's due to my editor on 8/10. I should have an ARC for you folks shortly after.

I also have some awesome audiobook news to share. Erin Bateman and Alfie Syme have finished recording Urban Sorcerer, so that audiobook will be releasing as soon as Audible approves it. They tend to let things all bunch up in a queue and then release them in a flood, so I don't know exactly when the book is coming, but it is on the way!

Also, I'm thrilled to reveal that Royal Guard Publishing has decided to do an audiobook for Warlock of Oom as well! This will also be Erin and Alfie, though since Warlock is written from first person male, Alfie will be the primary narrator with Erin lending the female voices. I'm certain they're going to crush it, and I can't wait to hear both audiobooks.

Also, with Erin and Alfie now doing both the Urban Sorcerer series and Warlock of Oom (which is one book for now, but might be more) this all but clears me to confirm they exist in the same world. What I do with that is up in the air, but it's nice to have options.

Finally, Urban Sorcerer 2 is out tomorrow. Every day one rating and review helps tremendously, so any support you can toss that book (even recommending it to others) will be super appreciated. That's about it for current news. I'm head's down on writing words.
