Primal Conjurer Book Trailer (Patreon)

Update: The post is now available to everyone! I hope you enjoy the "anime style" book trailer for Primal Conjurer. Thanks for all your support!

Hey folks! A while back I ran a Patreon to see if folks were interested in seeing more videos inspired by my books done with some of the new AI tools out there, and the response seemed very positive. So after a couple of weeks of experimentation with some of the new AI tools out there, I decided a good first project would be to create an anime-style opening for a Primal Conjurer anime series.

My two goals were to be able to create consistent images and videos of the cast of Primal Conjurer and also to see how well I could replicate scenes from or around my books. Obviously I don't have a million dollars to throw at an animation studio, but it's remarkable what you can do on a local machine with tools like Qwen, WAN, and Shotcut.

The book trailer runs about three minutes and is attached to the bottom of this post. I'm releasing it for Patrons first to thank you for all the awesome support you've offered me and continue to offer me, and then will release it for everyone next week. I'm also going to release many more stills and "cutting room floor" footage from the product since I have a ton of that.

Here's a few stills from the book trailer:

Finally, here's the English translation of the Japanese lyrics for the opening theme song.

(Verse 1)Tear through the darkness with my power!Unseal the dreams that were once locked away.As my comrades’ voices echo through the night,The light of hope still burns in my hands!

(Bridge)Believe it — the fire in your heart! We can rise again — we’ll never lose!

(Verse 2)The crimson moon lights the path of fate,Guided by six shining lights toward tomorrow.Your smile gives me strength to fight,Even tears can become our weapon!

(Bridge)Believe it — the fire in your heart! We can rise again — we’ll never lose!

(Verse 3)It’s okay to fall — just stand again and again!Beyond the dark, tomorrow awaits.Hand in hand, we’ll make miracles happen,Our story will never end!

(Bridge – Final)Believe it — the fire in your heart! We can rise again — we’ll never lose!
