XEN journal #4 (Patreon)

Just a little update over this ongoing project, that's taking a lot of time... I had forget how time consuming it was to make a comic with drawings as detailed as Derideal.

the drawing in the post cover is the design of my favorite Nemesis cadacter, that's why you've seen me drawing this one even since the concepts of the prelude, changed a lot the helmet until I got something I like... it sucks it's taking so long to introduce the Nemesis cadacters, but we'll soon get some more about them, I promise... before even beginning the main story.

Lost memories was in colors, but the drawings and backgrounds I simplied the style a loooot at the end.

I'm finally reaching the middle of the episode I think, and I'm finally drawing some action.

I decided to stylize the suits designs, doesn't matter if it doesn't make sense, I'm giving them tail and ears that resemble their animal shapes, even the tails haha. maybe I'll regret it later, but meh.

also, I like the eyes in the helmet as I did in Derideal, because like Spiderman, it allows me to show emotions.

I also designed a new transport ship, but I feel that I showed this one right? a part of the story is taking place in space?

and yeah, action! die frakking cadacters die!!
