En resumen:

Dibujen rectángulos irregulares, una parte más grande que otra, sin esquinas.

La cabeza, el torso y la pelvis son lo más importante, luego las piernas y al final los brazos.

La figura de elipse es otra opción para dibujar figura humana, no olviden atarla y definirla.
