But first, you probably thinking "Oh, Bat gonna use Arkham Knight suit for Catwoman 90s suit. No F&^#ing way!Arkham Knight has one of the worst comic book suits interpretations in video games ever and Catwoman 90s is probably one of the worst skins in game in general. Worst thing is the horns on the cowl, which does not look like Cat ears at all. Then there's mask and suit themselves. There's too much accents in the wrong places, like this mask holder on the face, stiches everywhere, different materials in the suit, ugly pattern on the belt buckle, etc, etc. I understand they tried to make it look realistic, but it can still look good and realistic. Comic book suits look good cause of their genious simplicity after all.

Now to 80 iteration talk:

Making prop that covers the face is quite difficult. You want the mask to be as close to the face as possible to create this comic booky second skin feeling and avoid bubble head effect. On the other hand, making it close to the skin leads to lots of clipping since there are too many bones that are moving on the face.Like cheecks, chin, jaw - all these movements need to be taken into consideration.How it started:Clipping is inevitable, but my goal is too make it as less notisable as possible. That is why I resculp the cowl. Make iteration and test it in game.After 80 iterations, this is how it is going:

And for those, who are really adventurous and love customize stuff, I edit the texture, so you can have the option to change the color of the cowl:

There are so many Catwoman costumes with such cowl, so you will be able to create the one you like.

And here you are probably thinking "oh, he is just gonna to recolor the cowl to gray for BTAS suit version".

NO! I made 50 iteration of that cowl as well for the best experience possible :)
