Hello benefactors!

This one adds a lot of in-game features related to the continuation of the City Hall side story, as well as a brand new content manager. For those of you who want to customize the pictures and scenes in the game, this is the update you've been waiting for!

+ New content manager! Add/remove resources and import content packs easily (see the updated customization_guide.txt)

+ Added : more relationship with the mayor, leading to a lot of unlockable content

+ Added : politics system, useful laws/policies and council positions

+ Added : marriage, unique dialogues and events, unlockable polygamy

+ Added : progressive city tax system

+ Added : city bank, loans with varying interest rates

+ Added : nursery building in estate and nurse role to make children grow faster

+ Added : sorting option to order by date added, available both on phone contacts and profile list

+ Added : display of monthly bonuses in the sidebar (made it collapsible to avoid bloating)

+ Added : estate button in sidebar for fast travel if the tunnel has been built

+ Fixed : rounding issues for cash gain (skip a month to fix it, if you did have the bug)

+ Fixed : display of "Establish network" scout mission

+ Fixed : profile button was showing in the phone for children

+ Various minor fixes
