CYOA Update (Patreon)

To be more fair on patrons with busy schedules, going forward with Megamacropolis (which did win by the way, thanks for the turn out); the first week of every month is going to be the grace period for $7+ patrons to contribute their ideas for poll options; while the SECOND week will be actually voting on the poll.
