What's unhealthy is when I arrive to the end of a book ^^ "Nooooooooooooooooooo!!! Why so soon?! When is the sequel?!" sort of things ^^

I like taking breaks so I can savour it :))

Depends. Book 1 was short enough to read within a day, during book 2 I took breaks every couple of chapters, for book 3 I sacrificed a night so I could finish it. During later reads I am taking breaks every couple of chapters though.
