Ok, I’m a special case because I LOVE THEM but I have ADD with the symptoms of memory problems so I tend to suck at them. Unless it’s a pattern game like those light sequences toys.

With the understanding that I am hooked and will play the game regardless, so you do you, author person: I really enjoy the ones that feel significant to the MC. What did you say to [character]? Who were you with at [location]? And so on. I'm less fond of the ones that feel like they're testing the player directly. Being put on the spot re: some background detail kills my immersion somewhat. Especially now that the games are getting so long that I find myself wishing for checkpoints, rather than having to start over because of lost attunement (though admittedly that's on me and my completionist streak).

I used to be pretty good at them in previous books! But now that they're admittedly harder, and I always choose to type in the answers, I totally suck, haha. I definitely have to pay attention more!
