In this short, Hai makes a Vietnamese dish called "Bo Kho." It's a delicious soup that is perfect to warm you up on a cold winter day 🥰

Ingredients: Beef brisket (cooked until soft), carrots, potato, sweet potato, Beef stew seasoning powder (1 packet), lemongrass (for flavor), onion, garlic, green onion, and coconut milk.

Spices: Salt, cooking oil, sugar, pepper, basil 💕

Side: Baguette Bread for dipping into soup.
