Outrun - Neon Sprawl is out! (Patreon)

It’s finally out! I’m really excited about this one. I’m a little worried about some of the changes I made, but generally I’m really happy with how it turned out. I didn’t think I’d get a book 1 published back when I started writing, let alone a book 2.
Outrun’s really come a lone way since I started writing it way back then. And all of that is thanks to you guys. I really can’t thank you enough. I know I tell you how thankful every once in a while, but I figured I’d share why what you guys do matters, even if it’s just a little thing.
First and foremost, even just reading my stories is encouraging. I thought I’d cast my net out into the void when I first started writing, and that would be that. I thought about quitting several times in the beginning, to be honest. Every time I see someone read one of my chapters, though, it helped me decide to push on and keep creating. Some of what I’ve made since the start hasn’t been very good, but you guys have always been my motivation to improve and keep working to make something better than the last chapter.
Likes and favorites that you guys have left really does make a difference. Even just one person favoriting my book on RR is still massive to me. I actually have to force myself not to check my stats daily… which is rougher sometimes than others. I wouldn’t have even been seen by Mango if not for every single one of you lovely people helping me along the way. They tend to only publish stories with a certain follower amount.
Then there’s the ratings and review. As you might be able to tell, I get pretty nervous when it comes to writing. Every time I got a rating or review, it was like a flashing sign that what I made was better than I thought it was.
Enough about me, though. Neon Sprawl! The big new book! It’s out now on amazon.

Oh, and here’s the blurb:
All good things must come to an end.
I had a nice, short break from the chaos of the city. Unfortunately, it was one of those good things. Thanks to a series of seriously unfortunate events, the machinations of the city once more drew me into the fray. Ready or not.
Where there was danger, there was opportunity. If I played my cards right, I might just be able to survive and even thrive. ‘Course, that was assuming I managed to wiggle away from my surprisingly diligent boss. Oh, and did I mention I wasn’t getting paid for any of this?
If there was one thing that could be said about Aythryn City, it was that the odds were never as bad as they seemed. They were somehow worse. It’d take every scheme, plot, and help from my, um, trusty interface to get through this one. Worse still—quite a bit of social interaction. Here’s to hoping it all went well… Then again, when was my luck any good?
