I believe they both made up their ages, as they've both been around presumably far longer than 300 years. They describe Draggones as ancient, yet Barney (and by extension Ellga) seemed to have lived during their time.

I also LOVE that episodes are consistently up from 60 to 90 minutes post-RT. It's hard to go 2 weeks between episodes, but it is a nice consolation prize that they're 50% longer!
