I’ve learned a lot about what makes great npcs listening to you guys and I do my best to try and bring some of that into the games I run at home

Tales from the Stinky Dragon

Hmm that's weird - I'm seeing that too even though the upload file is 57 minutes in length. Let me see if I can fix this - Ben

Not just me then! 😅

Yay! Cant wait to hear the rest of what Micah's sentence was along with the rest of Gus and your thoughts!

Tales from the Stinky Dragon

<3 ! Gonna delete this thread here in a bit so anyone new coming in isn't confused! Thanks for making me aware! - Ben

This is my favorite series you guys make (aside from the main campaigns). I’m very new to DnD and I’m the DM of my group. We’re all new to the game, and this has been a great tool to help me navigate through our sessions.

I really need Craig craigerson to show up in kannon, now

Im not good at doing voices so i give my NPC's a personality like for instance maybe one of my shopkeepers is a little sassy or maybe the jail keeper is a little angry that day stuff like that and that seems to work and keep my party engaged

Cactus (Kicker)

The wind trader is still probably my favorite npc of campaign 3 so far

Liam Gleason

Do you think you’ll upload the StinkuaryLivestream one shot on its own?

Katrina

FYI - I use Podcast Addict and it still only seems to have the 20 minute version.

Tales from the Stinky Dragon

Try deleting and redownloading the episode - there was a processing issue when it was originally uploaded that should be fixed now

Gnage

On the topic of character ideas we submitted to you guys, is there a way to see the ones we submitted? I remember making one but can't remember any of the information.

Lemmon64

The gus cut of stinky dragon when?!?

I think itd be really awesome if y'all did an episode on magic items. Im a new dm and I'm having trouble picking what magical items my party should have access to from a level standpoint while also having stuff that I know my party will have fun messing around with. Advice would be appreciated, thanks!

How much does gus know of a module/story twist going in? Does the DM get surprised how the story ends up? Or is he just a good actor? (surprises from the Module side - I know the players can definitely throw a spanner in the works)  I asked because in Pyous Pass Gus says something that contradicted how things turned out but apparently he had the whole module.
