My kiddos, and every friend/family member who visits us in Frisco, will go to the National Video Game Museum to play old arcade games and game systems. If you haven’t been, I HIGHLY recommend it.

Gus I feel your spider pain. As a teen I woke up and saw a black blob move over the duvet. I leapt out of bed turning on the lights, very freaked out but started to look for it. When I found no evidence I just assumed I was dreaming and reluctantly got back in bed. Closed my eyes trying to sleep when I feel a tickle of my nose...I open my eyes to see a black blob on my pillow at the end of my nose. I SCREAMED. My mum burst in as I was falling out of bed tangled in the duvet while still screaming. I coward in the corner of the room while my mum looked everywhere for this bed invading spider, she became convinced I'd just dreamt it and told me to go to bed. Which I flatly refused. I somehow convinced her to stand in the room with me with the lights off to wait it out. 3mins go by- nothing 5mins- still nothing And just as my mum's sleep deprived patience was running out we saw a ping-pong ball sized black shape move over the bed. LIGHTS WENT ON IMMEDIATELY AND THERE WAS AN EFFING MOUSE ON MY BED. Luckily I'm not scared of mice but my mum is 😄 took awhile to catch the lil guy and released it outside.

At the end when they are talking about replacing characters with relatives and just having the new character literally filling the void left by the deceased character but nothing changing, it reminded me of when fat tony died in simpsons and he was replaced by his cousin fit tony, that then put on a lot of weight from the stress and over eating and became fat tony. 🤣

There's an arcade around were I live, that my hubby and I took our kids and my mom to, and the guy had something for everyone there. 20$ per adult and 5$ for kids 5 to 17 yrs old: all for an hour and half of playing. From 7 pinball machines, Dragons lair arcade machine (and a LOT more) to 3 ps5's. All for "free" once you paid the entrance fee.

For arcades i use to go to a place called wonderland in oregon with my moms boyfriend before my current step dad. It was a nickle arcade. He and i would play for hours there. One of the memories I had there was we both took $100 each to see how long we could play and it was a solid 4 to 5 session of arcading. He loved the fighter games and i was all about the tickets and side scrolling adventures.

Here in Ottawa, Canada, we have House of Targ, where they have tons of retro arcade cabinets and pinball machines. Sunday nights they have all you can play from 8 until close. I go sometimes get a few drinks, some of their amazing perogies, and play games!

I think I've seen that one. There's also a documentary about modern body modifications, tattooing styles, scarification, implants, tongue splitting. It has a certain mod that is extremely hard to watch.

My father has one of those bar top arcade machines. My mother got it for him at least a decade and a half ago). I thought it was a really thoughtful gift, but he's only used it as a table the last 5 years. It's a real shame, because it was modded to play around 30 or so different games. It's where I first played Burger Time and a number of other classic titles.

When black box was at RT, I sent them a message. Just saying how much I liked the show. Chris actually responded to me and I totally freaked out. Fast forward and I started listening to Stinky Dragon. I sent a message, again just thanking them for the content and such. Chris responded to me again. I had this theory that each fan had a designated cast member to respond. hahaha.
