I believe werewolf movies had a hard time because compared to vampires you can't just make them pale and call it a day, not hating vampires, but that's essentially the gist of it. And up until Twilight werewolf came out with rather mediocre looking CGI, with probably threw a lot if people off.

Another recommendation for Barb, a few Del Toro series on Netflix i think she'd like, they're all connected, Troll Hunters: Tales of Arcadia, 3Below, Wizards and Rise of the Titans. Also, love the Sabrina Spellman answer!

Train To Busan was exactly the film I thought Barb should try! And, upside of the subtitles, you can cover a lot of your view with a hand and focus on the words, very good for when a scawy bweak is needed

Yea Barb was right on the submarine, it happened faster then the human brain can react which was about 283 ms if I remember correctly. So, yes just *poop* gone, just gone.
