I've been wondering this for a bit but are there plans to ever go back to one episode a week? It's fine if not but it feels like hell being fully caught up and having to wait 10-14 days for the next part.

Probably not. They switched to the every 2 weeks to prevent burnout/ make it so Micah had time to create an interesting story. If you want extra episodes, subscribe to the patreon here for second winds, they do fill in the gap so you don't have to wait for an extra week with no stinky content.
