The actor that plays Tom Zarek (Richard Hatch) is probably best known for playing Captain Apollo in the 1978 version of Battlestar Galactica. I remember seeing him on screen here when I saw it the first time and jumping out of my chair to make sure I wasn't seeing things...

I like the observation that if a president is working to actively dismantle the laws that put them into power, there comes a point at which they can no longer be considered the president.

Yes, so exciting to have Richard Hatch in the show. Makes my heart happy.

The actress who plays Dee is in SPN 11x19 The Chitters which you’ll be/ have just finished rewatching. I am glad I am rewatching BSG with you because it drove me crazy not remembering where I knew her from when I watched The Chitters ep.

Karen Gauck

I get to meet some of the cast in San Antonio last weekend. Both Adamas, Helo, Boomer, and Baltar were all there. I got the group pic. Roslin was suppose to be there, but she cancelled last minute. Its fun and good timing to be rewatching now. I know some reactors choose not to watch the opening credits because of spoilers, which I get, but the show does offer them up. I can understand either choice.
