From what I heard, Ellen was supposed to make a return in the finale, but I can't remember if it was due to the strike they couldn't bring Samantha Ferris (her actress) on. Bummer, I remember when I first watched this season way back yonder and wondering where she was. Anyways, I'm glad you enjoyed the season as a whole. And don't worry Shelley, S4, in my opinion at least, is spectacular.

Always fun to see predictions. Some are correct, some way off, and others occur later. You will have so much fun continuing this journey. Really looking forward to you starting season 4!

All I will say is, if you like a tangle of morality...you are going to love Sn 4. I am so excited for you to see how this season is going to play out.

My Favorite Season Three Episodes... 1) Mystery Spot (My very favorite throughout season three, and among my favorites throughout entire series) 2) Bad Day at Black Rock 3) Fresh Blood 4) A Very Supernatural Christmas 5) Jus in Bello

Here's the thing; S4 is not even in my top five favorite seasons and even I think it's amazing. I've never heard of anyone NOT enjoying it, wherever it fits onto their own personal list. So go into it with absolutely no expectations and just enjoy yourself :D My top five is not very different from yours, which seems unsurprising with how short this season was: 5. Ghostfacers 4. Just in Bello 3. No Rest for the Wicked 2. A Very Supernatural Christmas 1. Mystery Spot
