I haven't been to Langer's in a while but I really loved the pastrami HOWEVER I appreciate an opinion that strongly goes against the conventional wisdom re: something totally insignificant so I want it known I fully endorse hating Langer's. Also, the owners are apparently absolute pricks.

This episode brings back so many bad memories. I remember being so frustrated with how Iraq was talked about. Even if the occupation went perfectly, it's invading & dominating someone else's country and that's why it's wrong. Another Democrat criticism was "going it alone", as if having more allies or even the UN on board an invasion would make it any better. The UN was the one who partitioned Palestine which led to the Nakba, and everything since including the genocide. Look at life post-Qaddafi in Libya. We always tend to make things worse. This shitlib narrative of BM's is so frustrating
