Every episode I try and fail to muster, like, a fraction of an ounce of empathy for Bill. I work in end-of-life care, and I’ve met some truly bitter and broken older people. Such similar attitudes and behaviours, the way he just approaches every interaction with another person… like, dude, you need to see gerontologist, and I strongly suggest counselling about freakin’ retirement. Holy balls, it’s pathetic. Kids take note, you do not want to become this person! Anyway, love the pod!
