I'm imagining one of those donors seeing Brooke showing her rear as an invitation, them putting their hand on Brooke's bottom. With it being padding Ben not taking note of it and when Brooke doesn't pull away the male donor takes that as confirmation on what he perceived as a girl giving him an permission, along with her desire.
