I'm not a scientist, and I'm not trans, I don't think it'd be wise for me to speculate on that. As it stands, Zips, Magnolia, and Prima all being trans is simple coincidence. Zipperflash and Magnolia are not even blood related. I have many characters who I've come to headcanon as not cis, this trio is just the only three characters who have been canonically announced. (pls don't forget about other gender nonconforming individuals like Belle Velour and Artemis, and genderfluid characters like Pandora, PB, and Jam Sandwich)
