If Pinkie is so smol and Cheese is so spindly, how does she handle pregnancy? Are the babies, like, pygmy sized babies, or normal sized ones when they're born? o:

Pinkie just looked like she'd swallowed a whole watermelon in the later stages of pregnancy, and she needed to take it easy with the bouncing and zooming and bursting into song. In fact, she spent a lot of time in bed resting. All of her kids were delivered via C-section out of necessity. She and Cheese wanted to have a really big family, at least five kids, but Ponka's body could barely handle the strain of her two pregnancies, so they quit while they were ahead.
