Ive always been a little confused over that distinction as people seem to use it differently at times. I have also heard that bisexual can be a term for being attracted to any two genders, like you could be attracted to women and enbys? Hope you don’t mind me asking, I’ve looked into it and am wondering your interpretation for your characters

Definitely not, but that's because Shining Armor has been a mentor to Artemis since childhood. Pan and bi are similar ideas, up to the individual to define. Both Shining and Cadence like mares, stallions, and everything between or outside that binary. I picked labels for them I "felt" fit.
