Daedalus... Yup. He’s daed, alright.

Lory

Eeee!!! Pretty owl man!!

Lory

I wish he was “dead-less”

Vio_dacreator

I bet Luna had the best naps next to this guy. Does he purr?

MyLittleRosie

THERE’S THE MAN OF THE HOUR! Daddy owl, you’re hotter than your kid. Jam and Artemis are ok but Dad bird is amazing! RIP

Sierra Rosie

A FLOOFY FEATHERY BOY, OH YES HE IS

Dydo4ka

Artie knows that.... Their parents were just friends? :D

Dydo4ka

Hi! do you have a profile on deviant art?

That guy

I wonder if he ever built a labyrinth to keep the Minotaur mail man at bay.

SketchyBug

I do, but I haven't posted art on dA in years in favor of other platforms. That said, I'm not sure if it's appropriate to be giving folks links to my pages in the comments of someone else's Patreon post. That's more appropriate for DMs.

Dydo4ka

You wrote that he was a friend of the QUEEN. Like she's a Princess.

Dydo4ka

You wrote that Deadalus is "scholar wizard of queen Novo". Will you write a story about him???????????????????????????????????????????????? (Well, I mean headcanon,). if you want, I'll be happy to!! Cool character!!!

lopoddity

Nah. He’s a hippogriff, not a griffin, he’s got no cat parts to purr with

lopoddity

Can I ask you a question? How old are you?

Doxiedreg

a handsome lad! How did he die?

Robo87

Okaaaay I know looking at him one could assume he's a stuffy bookworm, little bit uptight, and socially awkward old man wizard....but I'm seeing a playful gleam in those beautiful eyes and I'm headcanoning that yes, Daedalus was wise, insightful, dedicated to his work, and could get blissfully lost in research and spells for days....but he was also hilarious (coaxing laughter out of the most serious of nobels), fun-loving, and took regular breaks away from his duties to go camping in monster invested lands or death-dive from dizzying heights. He was TINY, but his personality was huge. Maaaaybe a friend of Luna's back in their youth? Like Novo was to Celestia. Dae is mortal, but perhaps his vast magical powers extended his life by a few centuries? He was so, so sad to lose Luna to her moon but welcomed her back with open arms and picked up their friendship like no time had past at all. Luna was sad to see her little friend had aged so much more then her, but saw that his soul was as youthful and brilliant as it always was....Dae was thrilled to learn he was to become a father and had so many plans and things he wanted to do with his child....Luna was heartbroken that her dear Dae could only spend a couple brief, happy days with their newborn before that beautiful soul joined the stars at last.

Dydo4ka

Honestly 11

Dydo4ka

And one more small question. You wrote that Daedalus is a wizard. But how will he use a magic wand if he walks on four legs?

Dydo4ka

But many people think that I'm 16 I'm just smart! Why do you ask? :) 0_o

Dydo4ka

I ask a lot of questions because I have a big stream of thoughts.

Dydo4ka

Tell me your nickname and I'll find you.

Dydo4ka

Don't worry, you can delete it later if you're shy.

Dydo4ka

Press F Daedalus ;(

SketchyBug

Like I said, I don't use dA anymore.

lopoddity

11? Geeze louise, you're even younger than I thought. I'm sorry, but I'm going to block you. I'm not comfortable taking a patreon pledge from a child. I appreciate both the support and the honesty, but you shouldn't be here at all. Patreon's policy says you must be at least 13 to sign up for an account, and the same goes for deviantart.

KaeWolfe

And there he is! He looks like he would be the best grandpa ever no matter if they're related or not <3

Amaya Wolfe

Wow, that's so cool. Yesterday when I saw your idea sketches for Artemis and Jam on DA I thought to myself, "Man, I would love to see what Aeries pops looked like." and POOF! I sign up to your Patreon and it's here! Talk about coincidence, lol.
