Montezuma's old design wasn't working for me, decided to streamline his shape and give him a big dumb head so he can match his papa

As pets! Him love lil froggies. Also I imagine he's probably got some giant thought-to-be-extinct mega frogs (like Beelzebufo) that serve him like minions
