Shownotes: Pen and Gear No 2 mechanical pencils 5 pencils in the pack Purchased at Walmart about 6 months ago Blister Packed- cardboard and plastic 3 leads per pencil These feel like cheap bic pencils with a slightly rubberized grip that has no give. I feel like I've already reviewed these 5x before now. All plastic body Plastic clip Back advance White vinyl eraser Writing Test: Not nice to write with, feels very cheap No give in the feed Just sorta skitters all over the place The eraser is not nice at all. This thing is unpleasant to use. Drawing Test: Colored Lead: Actually not that bad with colored lead. No issues with breaking or snapping while the pink lead was in the pencil. Actually feels more secure with the pink lead than with the included lead. Not very pleasant to draw with, but would do in a pinch. Probably fine for math homework, and alright for a budget pencil. A decent option for folks who tend to lose their pencils a lot, and thus don't want to spend money on nicer pencils. Pen and Gear Music: Snowdrop Orbital Romance.
