Swatching:
Colors are pretty vibrant, and it's a fun color selection that reminds me of a botanical selection, but there isn't much granulation or interesting color effects. Strangely enough, there aren't any neutrals in this selection or any blues. Obviously, this is meant to be a special collaborative color selection, not like a mixing set.
Color Mixing:
Many of these colors have opacity to them, and while they mix fine initially, I wouldn't necessarily recommend doing multiple layers with these. I was able to mix a nice range of colors, including some that would serve as blues and several decent neutrals.
Cleaning the palette:
Palette is easily removable and would benefit from a dip under running water for easiest cleaning. Obviously, I decided to do it the hard way, and I believe many of these colors are quite staining, including to plastic.
The color selection itself reminds me of the Qor High Chroma palette. I'd be interested in hearing the thought process behind this color selection- there's nothing necessarily wrong with it; just unusual to see a palette that feels very aimed toward florals in a box like Watercolorsnacks.
Wet into Wet Test:
These paints are kinda 'sticky', and glob up on your brush, so color control is important. They also seem to get used up fast and don't seem to benefit from preactivation or allowing water to sit on the half pans. Colors intermixed freely and readily and are very saturated when wet. I don't think any of these colors are innately granulating.
The colors themselves have that sort of synthetic feel (due to color selection and lack of granulation) that is both kinda flat and boring to me.
