Hey Artnerds!

It's been awhile since we've talked! September and October were intense months- a death in my family, funeral arrangements, multiple shows, Lilliputian Living, releasing a new coloring book- I felt like I was either actively painting, traveling, or editing video, and never had more than a few minutes to sit in front of a computer and do anything let alone write.

I want to thank yall for sticking with me through all that, as well as for your patience- we have a lot of catching up to do! I feel like Patreon is really important to me, especially since Twitter is basically on fire, and a lot of users are fleeing for other social media.  Hopefully Patreon will help us kinda weather that transition, and I want to remind yall that if you enjoy my art, and want to keep up with it, I have several other socials that I share art to:

That's a lot of socials, and I do get kinda burnt out trying to keep up with them all, so once there's a clear couple of winners, I'll probably start dropping the ones that receive no response.  Realistically, I am looking for a social media site that reaches a wide audience, including a professional audience that might be interested in hiring me or picking up one of my pitches, and I think it'll be some trial and error before I find something that fills all the gaps that Old Twitter (pre 2016) has left in my heart and my worklife.

However, if you're looking for an arty place to meet some genuinely awesome and kind artists, and you aren't necessarily in need of a professional space to network, you are very welcome to join me on The Paintbox, my Discord server.

I also want to thank yall for taking the time to watch the full CXC and Andouille Fest recaps.  They were both fairly long recaps, and for folks who want a simple Yes or No, they might be TOO long. Different artists have different needs, so I always try to include additional footage of the show to give other artists the information they might need to make a decision that's right for them.

The Coloring Book is Now For Sale!

For years, I've shared printable coloring pages and linearts here on Patreon, but now I've done the printing for you!  Years 1, 3, 4, 5, and some brand new bonus illustrations of Lilliputian Living have been curated and collated into a coloring book.  Want to watercolor?  There's also a download link for high res, cleaned up scans!

Destrehan Fall Fest

Next weekend is the Destrehan Fall Fest- my final scheduled show for the year.  I tabled at DFF last year, and did pretty poorly, but it was a great opportunity to reflect and make some changes.  Learning how to table is a work in progress, so while we've made some improvements, there's still a ways to go!

If you're in the area, I'd love to see some familiar faces, so please stop by! There will be crafts, art, antiques, music, and food.  I'm also planning on sharing a recap after the show, and once my shows are over, I'm going back to working on 7" Kara, The Devil's in the Data, and getting my online shop updated with goodies.
