A Quick Update (Patreon)

Hey yall, I'm starting my journey on a new medication and it's off to a bit of a rocky start, so if my updates here are a bit sporadic, it's due to that.  I'm really hoping Youtube updates wont be affected, and I really appreciate yall's patience while I get stuff sorted out.
