A lot had to be cut from this review for time, and it's a shame, because there was a lot I wanted to share with yall! I tried to keep as much as possible, but some sacrifices had to be made. Hi Becca, thank you for the review. Just a little concern, regarding mentioning the name of the representative you mentioned in your video, is that ok? I normally dont mentioned reps' name in my video because i am under the impression that they (the company rep you spoke to) might feel a little uncomfortable about their name being mentioned on the internet. But if this Michelle person was fully aware that you were going to mentioned her name and her relationship with Faber Castell and she is ok with it, I guess it is ok.

Hi Dawn! I appreciate your concern! I assume that it is ok to include the correspondence as well as the name attached as it was professional correspondence, and she's their official representative thus her response was in an official capacity. I understand that you choose not to include contact names with your reviews, and I can understand the concern- revealing people's names and information is often a dicey topic. It can be hard to know when it is or is not appropriate. Since she is their official rep, and I did not provide any additional private information (such as her personal email address), I feel like I acted within bounds. I did mention that I would be reviewing these, although, to be fair, I did not mention that I would include the response in my video at time of contact. I really hope my viewers will not take this as an invitation to dox or stalk her, as I in no way encourage anyone to do so, and I included her name for completeness- to show that I put in a good-faith effort to gather as much information as possible before making assumptions. I also wanted to include some accountability with product reps and how they choose to respond to concerns from customers, and I felt like obfuscating the name of an official Faber-Castell rep would not serve that purpose. I rarely need to contact product reps for further information (either I can find the information or I cannot), but as my audience encouraged to do so, I opted to do so this time. I don't necessarily see it being an issue in the future. Thank you for reaching out to me and sharing both your concern and experience- we handle things in different ways, and I respect your choice to handle things the way you wish to do so. Thank you for watching this review and providing some useful feedback- I'll certainly keep it in mind in the future.
