We were inspired by Andrew Huang's MIDI UNICORN ... and decided to do a quick tutorial on how to make MIDI Art if you just want to use the vintage, analog gear you have lying around the studio!

Decided to give away the Chicken Attack MIDI Art to patrons at EVERY LEVEL! Enjoy! <3 andrew

Gah so much gear to put on my Amazon wishlist! These thumbtacks cost like way too much. Do you know if there's a cheaper alternative to buying the professional Sennheiser models?

in a pinch, you can actually use just a normal household paperclip. you just have to be careful, because you can really peak out when scanning those holes with your PhonoComb™, because they tend to be larger...so just make sure to really turn down the gain on your analog pre-amp.
