Video Assembly Guide

With this release of the intricate Safari Ball, have officially reached the end of the Generation I Poké Balls! (well not included the Manga and Anime, but maybe one day...)

This design is much of a puzzle as it is a unique way to store your favorite safari themed decks.

While this uses the same latch and functioning button design as the other Pokémon Deck Boxes, it is the first design that is going to require glue for assembly. The outer Dark Green shell will snap onto the Black middle part, but the individual pieces will need to be glued in place. Standard CA glue (Super Glue) is perfect for this.

The 3mf file is set up for easy printing, with all recommended settings preset and each piece of the Deck Box sorted onto the appropriate build plate.

The stl file is available for those who would prefer working with that file format.

Recommended Settings listed below.

Recommended Settings:

Wall count increased to 3

Decreased back to default 2 for the individual colored pieces for more reliable bed adhesion

Infill reduced to 10% and changed to Cross Hatch, for all pieces except the Latch

Latch infill set to 100% for most strength

Speeds adjusted for individual colored pieces to achieve best quality

Normal supports added for some of the individual colored pieces, but not necessary

Reference pictures of each side fully assembled are included to help with assembly.
