Level Ball - Pokémon Card Storage (Patreon)

You all seemed starved for another Pokémon Card Storage design. so let's continue the expansion into next Generation II with the Level Ball!

This design uses the same bottom pieces, drawer, and push push mechanism as the original Pokémon Card Storage.This design maintains all the original features and top pieces are even interchangeable, so feel free to customize to match your other decor or mood! Or more likely, Print 'em All!

The 3mf file is set up for easy printing, with all recommended settings preset and each piece of the Card Storage sorted onto the appropriate build plate.

After extensive testing, there have been several changes to print settings and print speeds for various parts in this design. It is HIGHLY recommended to use this file, or at least start here and change based on your own results

The stl file is available for those who would prefer working with that file format.

This will be the basic settings changes needed for a successful print, for more detailed setting changes it is recommended to use the included 3mf file.

Use PETG for the Spring

While PLA will work, it will deform easier over time. PETG resists this deformation much longer.

Wall count increased to 3

Infill reduced to 10% and changed to Gyroid

Normal supports

This is required for several top pieces.
