How much faster is tweening compared to hand drawn frame by frame?

Its honestly about the same if you know the ropes. both just have different strengths tweening is great for my short form content, cause a lot of it is done on mouse, the strain on my wrist is trivial, compared to traditional animation. I do want vicky to be trad animated cause tweening would really undercut the action
