Comments

becca

paul her guitarist is still with her too!

I can't wait for you to get to the Speak Now era and react to that tour. The production value went up significantly.

Maaan, this entire video I was thinking how you will probably gonna lose it when you get to the Rep tour and then the Eras tour 🤣 Thank you so much for this treat today Juke! It is such a nice way to wrap up the Fearless era, with live tour performances and being able to see how special of a human being she is. I loved your reaction! Her connection with fans is really something so special, she was doing meet and greets like the T-party after all her concerts up until Rep (after Red Tour was Club Red, 1989 was Loft 1989, Rep was Rep Room). An even more amazing thing she used to do was she used to hand pick people online and invite them to her own houses before new album releases and she would play them the album before it even got out, those were called "secret sessions". All these things made her connect with her fan base so much and it is no wonder we ride or die for her always. I am already so excited for you to enter the Speak Now era, that album has some amazing songs and deep cuts (and one of the saddest track 5s imo). Also, the Speak Now tour is fantastic, I am really looking forward to watching it all with you! Thank you again and take care Juke 🫶🏻

Wow Juke! This was such an enjoyable 2 hours with you💙 its insane to me that this is how much she took the time with producing and staging in the first ever tour. And it just gets insane the further into her career you’ll see. Even just the next tour that started a year after everything stepped up in production and her vocals got better and just wow. Speak now tour is a teater kid being a singer 😅 Btw Mike Medows on the banjo/guitar here joined her band shortly after Paul and Amos and is also still with her. Forgot to add it to the document. I always love this tour documentary because you really see taylor as a person, and its a really cool thing to do so early, as the years go by the performances is what you want to see but this is also a great deeper introduction to Taylor as a person. For me her love for the fans has always been what i love about her most. You can tell she does this and thrives in her fame, but not in a negative way, but in the way that she gets to connect with people. Btw forgot to send you a summation of the scott borchetta/scooter braun thing so will do that. I’ll also get the speak now document to you soon ☺️

I’m so happy that you loved the fearless era!! It’s one of my favorite eras of hers and it is so underrated! I went to this tour and I’ve been listening and following along with her since debut era and her authenticity and love for us is definitely a huge reason why her fans are so loyal. This era brings back a lot of memories of this time in my life, so it’s so fun to watch it again :)

Ooh I’m excited for this one!! I’ve never actually seen this one despite being a longtime Taylor fan so most of your Taylor videos aren’t first time viewings for me.

Thank you, Danny, this was such a fun watch this evening. I loved hearing your perspective! Taylor is a BOSS of a performer!!! She commands that stage and everyone’s attention like no one else (and I’ve seen a ton of artists live). I hope she tours again eventually and you get to see her in person. Not only that, all of the conceptualizations of her shows are her visions and ideas. She has such a creative and intelligent soul. I can’t wait for you to see how good the Speak Now, Red, 1989, Reputation, and Eras tours are!!! They’re all so unique and truly satisfying musical adventures from her brilliant mind. Like others have mentioned Paul, Amos, and Mike are still with her and they all get their own fun individual moments with her during the Fearless set during the Eras tour. Her backup singers are now The Starlights (you’ll meet them soon!) who bring a phenomenal element to her shows. As others have also mentioned she keeps the meet and greets through the Rep tour. But it was an impossibility for the Eras tour. Her parents still attend all her concerts! At least one of them or both were at each Eras show and Papa Swift recruited both Travis and his brother Jason to hand out guitar picks! 🥰 Both of Travis’s parents have each seen an eras show as well. I think during the Fearless tour Scott stayed in Nashville with her brother Austin a lot since he was still in high school. Your content is amazing and whenever I think of all the magnificent eras and performances from Taylor ahead of you I crash out a little. 💁🏼‍♀️ It’s going to be fun!!!

Richard

I am an OG fan of Taylor and there are a lot of us who loves the first few eras.

Holly (Taylor Smith)

Remember some of these gestures for when you watch the eras tour, she never changed 😉

What a treat! I don’t think I had seen this, or maybe I did but I didn’t remember a lot of this. It’s super nice to see and compare it to the Taylor of now. Eras tour was HUGE and she did things different cause of it but the tour before (reputation) she still did the different stages and walked among the crowd which is just amazing cause this was already post 1989 Taylor. And then to also compare all the little quirks she still does when she performs and how she brought fearless back at the eras tour. So nostalgic! Like I said in your fearless reaction, this album was one of my favorites even after 1989 came out and still prefer it most days! It’s perfection in my eyes 🫶🏻 It’s also funny how you mentioned the difference in album sales now cause Taylor is still pulling BIG actual sale numbers in today’s streaming world which is just mind blowing. They question how she does it but it’s cause she’s so thoughtful with her fans in the way she interacts with us and what she puts out (her albums are SUPER high quality and really though out) and that’s why we’re so loyal. She’s just a sweetheart and she just receives everything she puts out into the world. I’m loving this journey! Can’t wait for the next one! Btw, I’m also super super glad you decided to start from the beginning lol what a great decision! I can’t wait for you to see the eras tour at the end and compare it to her previous tours.

Some of your comments made me cry - I’m so happy you’re fathoming why we love this woman so much. Welcome to the fam Juke!

Laurasr618

Definitely remember the yearbook thing and this documentary in total when you react to speak now! She wrote a song called long, live about her experience with this tour and it became one of the Swiftie theme songs along with you’re on your own kid from midnights!

Nikki S

I also cry happy tears all the time like you lol. I love Taylor and Ariana but my number one is Halsey, and I saw her in concert last week and she surprised us in the back like Taylor used to do. she came to my section and sang my favorite song. I stood on my chair so I stood out and she kept looking at me and pointing/hand over her heart and gave me a thumbs up at the end. I am so unbelievably happy I got to experience that. Also, I didn’t see fearless, but I did see the speak now tour for my 16th birthday and we were hoping she chose our section to surprise us lol. That didn’t happen though.

Nikki S

Tyler Hilton, the guy who played Drew in the music video is a singer and he acted in one tree hill, a tv show (I’d love if you react to but I know you don’t really do those kinds of shows lol!) I’ve seen Tyler in concert many times and he always met his fans after and talked to us, was so kind and signed things. I remember him signing my iPod 🤣

Nikki S

Omg I was a sophomore in high school when fearless came out and we made the junior jewels t shirts and wore them to school

Thank you for posting this, the world is so dark but you brightened it for me!

Amanda Thompson

LOVE THIS!! You’ll learn as you continue your journey that Taylor LOVES rain 😂

I'm 45 minutes in and pausing to leave a quick note! She was saying she sold *596,000* copies of Fearless in the first week, not 96,000!! So that is a MASSIVE number.

Stacey

This was so fun and I'm enjoying falling in love with Taylor all over again. She truly is a remarkable, kind, loving, person with a huge personality. Some people are just born to be on that stage, and she definitely was! I can't wait for you to see the Reputation tour and of course the Eras Tour. She truly deserves all she has achieved.

Krista Grigsby

Episode 2- peep the dress!! The dress in the anti-hero music video her “daughter-in-law” was wearing!! Fearless tour 2009

Anna

Oh my gosh I love this!!! Thank you!!

ash212

i'm very late to this vid but it's insane how you can see her writing the lyrics to long live from the speak now album in her head around 2:16
