I remember Nicki got backlash that day because she made a similar face to Jennifer Lopez using her song in the opening medley, but she said she was not being shady, she just was a little moody, plus Nicki and Ariana re good friends, they have multiple songs together

Focus was intended as the lead single to her album, that was gonna be called Moonlight, but she changed the artistic direction and concept to Dangerous Woman and the song also underperformed in the charts in comparison to the enormous success of the My Everything singles.

I just love that Focus AMA performance! Still one of my favourite performances by her to this day and I can't believe it will be 10 years old towards the end of this year! I still remember when Focus released! I was 15 and a couple of months into my last year of high school! Then the Dangerous Woman album released around the time my exams had started the following year!

I was thinking about writing this comment or just not Say a thing!! bc if you don’t have something nice to say don’t say it 🤭 1- bc you put to different performer in one song, the comparison will come up I did like her voice the first performer! surprise she was sick. The second performer she was out of her breath most of the time, maybe the adlib was covering up 🤭 which is cute! and I totally agree with that person who wrote that comment she was totally out of her breath but who cares?!!! She was enjoying herself. Maybe she was nervous. 🫠💕💕💕
