abi houston

Jerico Rivera

Loved the reaction! More Conan Gray plz!! 😊

Jerico Rivera

The singles off this album, in case you don't know are: brutal, traitor, drivers license, deja vu and good 4 u. I think those are the only ones. You can also watch her Sour Prom video, NPR tiny desk, driving home 2 u documentary on Disney plus!

Jerico Rivera

26:01 - 1 step forward, 3 steps back's instrumental is an interpolation of Taylor Swift's "New Year's Day" from reputation.

🚨🚨🚨 32:49 - I had to pause your video because I don't wanna miss anything... so, the reason why Taylor and Jack were also included in the credits because Olivia's team decided to include them as well after Paramore's team sued Olivia for copyright in her song "good 4 u" which they said sounds a lot like Paramore's "Misery Business". As a result, I believe they included the Paramore in the credits as well in that song?... which also made them decide to do this same thing for Tay and Jack in "deja vu", as lots of people claim that the bridge of the song sounds like Taylor's bridge as well in "Cruel Summer" from Lover album, which also admitted by Olivia that that bridge part was inspired from that song. Now people think Taylor was begging for it when even she and Jack had no idea about it.

<3

guts spilled is just the deluxe version of guts so please react to guts spilled!!

I loved this reaction and i love this album. Such a great debut from Olivia. Also youtube might open the comments for stan wars so im just gonna mention this here: The credit to Jack and Taylor in deja-vu has nothing to do with them writing it. When it came out everyone said that it sounded just like one of taylors song (one you have yet to hear) and olivia herself said she was inspired by it. Now here is where people will say taylor tried or wanted to sue Olivia for it. This is never ever confirmed and Olivia added the credits without any court or anything. Nothing else is ever confirmed by anyone and again people love to pit artist against artist. Also Olivia was with Taylor a lot then stopped. But if you want my opinion i honestly just think that she wanted to be known for her own music and not as ”the next taylor”. Which is understandable. Also they’re far apart in age so its not strange for then not to hang in the same circles. Just thought id mention it before YouTube comments do.

Lauren

PLEASE put Olivia's most recent Glastonbury performance on your list 🙏😭 she KILLED it!! ✨️🤍

FINALLY!!! before you move on to GUTS, you should absolutely react to her sort of documentary "Olivia rodrigo :driving home 2 u" where she performs every song on this album and talks about them !

I’m so glad you finally got to listen to GODlovia, here are some fun facts about SOUR: - It’s the 4th most streamed album overall on Spotify, crazy for a 18 year old girl’s debut - In drivers license when she mentions a "blonde girl" she meant about Sabrina Carpenter, which made her respond with "Skin" and "because i liked a boy" from emails i can’t send - "1 step forward, 3 steps back" interpolates the piano from Taylor’s "New Year’s Day" from her album reputation, funny since you mentioned it felt like a Taylor Swift song and mentioned the piano. This interpolation made her give credits of songwriting to Taylor and Jack, people have talked about a lawsuit but there’s no official version about it, (you know how twitter toxic stans are, which made her stop talking about Taylor ever again after saying multiple times she was a huge swiftie), personally I think a lawsuit doesn’t make sense - in "deja vu" Taylor Swift, Jack Antonoff, and Annie Clark are credited again because Olivia mentioned she was inspired to make deja vu bridge like "Cruel Summer" bridge from Taylor’s album Lover, reason why they’re credited as songwriters. - in "good 4 u" Hayley Williams and Josh Farro are credited because it seems to have and interpolation with "Misery Business" from Paramore, again it is unknown about a lawsuit or a choice from her team. PD: SORRY IF I EXTENDED MYSELF TOO MUCH

Jerico Rivera

In track 11 hope ur ok first verse, I imagine the boy as someone who can't come out to his true self as it's being said that his parents only cared more about the Bible... which really hits close to home. 💔

Ana Luiza Sant'anna

funny that you said 1 step forward. 3 steps back was the most "taylor song" because she used the piano from new years day by taylor in that song. (taylor and jack are credited)

Yay! Loved your reaction to this. Would LOVE your reaction to Noah Kahan’s stick season - you would really enjoy lyrically and sonically.

Parker

SO HAPPY YOU REACTED TO THIS!!! and her music videos are nothing short of AWESOME- you’re in for such a treat!!!! CANNOT WAIT to see the next olivia rated videos after reading these comments about the sabrina/olivia/taylor lore hahaha You’re the best, Danny! In deja vu, when she says the lyric: “I bet you even tell her how you love her in between the chorus and the verse” she actually whispers “I love you” right after because it’s in between the chorus and the verse… it’s my favorite little fun fact!!!!!

Maya

Joined for this 😭 I could not wait until Sunday

jupiter

please watch her live performances so good

Liam Mcfarlane

"This one feels the most like Taylor Swift" Oh Daniel 😂

Liam Mcfarlane

You not saving Favourite Crime was my least favourite crime 😂

Kayla Deyo

you should check out her “sour prom”. olivia was homeschooled and didnt get a prom so she did a live performance of some of the sour songs and the concept of the performance is she made her own prom. just under 30 mins on her youtube, i think you might love it!!

Lauren Kriss

OMG yessss more Olivia!! I hope you will check out some live performances as well! Also her guts world tour on Netflix pretty please!

Jake

so lets be honest here, I am glad to have found a community like this one who can be together and just vibe. I unfortunately have had to go through the same thing of unlearning all the hatred that I was taught growing up in an ab*sive household. When I turned 18 I went to college out of state for a reason and never looked back. I still talk to them but not as "family" is I guess social conditioned to do.

Amber

Virtual hug! We are glad you are here and happy and thriving. ❤️

Juke Jams

lmaoooo it's so good though! Idk why I dont save certain songs at times even when I love them

Juke Jams

I caught that! I should've said something but I think I paused a little bit before that lol LOVE to hear that she has amazing videos as well. Haven't seen ANY yet. Vampire is the only song I heard before this I believe. She's awesome! :)

Drivers License kills me. I broke up with someone last summer and I would torture myself listening to that song, wearing sunglasses to hide tears, thinking about what could’ve been with someone I fell in love with even though they were very passive aggressive and controlling. Fast forward one year and I’m listening to it here and changing my glasses to sunglasses so people can’t see me tear up. Bringing back memories that I should get over
