I've seen a lot of criticism for this album already. I feel like people are so eager to announce their initial reaction to new music and I wish people would allow the songs a chance to marinate. I'm not understanding the criticism at all, I love the vibe of the album. It's a no skip album for me. Nobody's Son, Go Go Juice, We Almost Broke Up Again, Never Getting Laid, House Tour 🤌🏼

Incoming album summery from Bella😅✨ ”But never through the backdoor” is my favorite lyric haha. So darn funny! Listened to it a few times of my own now and then again with you i do have a clear top 4 (i am not including manchild because its a song thats sat with me for a long time now) 💁🏼‍♀️ Goodbye, gogo juice, nobodys son and when did you get hot. Those get my top spots. Tears and My man on his willpower are up there competing for the top spots though. Im gonna say something extremely unpopular right now. Objectively this IS a better album then short n sweet in these ways: - cohesive storytelling - cohesive sounds - tracklist order However as of now (the first release day) i will say that short n sweet is the more FUN album in terms of sound. So for me its just about preference and mood. I love short n sweet but this definitely held up! And i think industry wise this will be looked at in the better light although popularity wise short n sweet might take it. MAYHEM and Mans Best Friends are as of now the albums with the highest chance of getting AOTY. Those nerdy stats and thoughts aside i do really love it. The fun of GoGo Juice is just everything. That would totally have been me in my mid twenties haha. Goodbye has an ABBA sound and totally inspired by them, i would die on that hill. Sabrina loves them and met Benny in sweden so thinking she’s taken inspiration. Which she ABSOLUTELY should. Im all for taking inspo in past music. Loved the reaction Juke, especially to the lyrics of House Tour. Just something so fun about seeing you realize how dirty that song is haha. I also found it funny that that song is one of the few not marked explicit because no dirty words are directed used haha. So much fun watching you as always! Love your dancy breaks. When did you get so hot? 😉😂

I have to say, this is the most connected I’ve felt to a Sabrina album right from the jump (well... besides the "never enter through the backdoor" lyric... oops, I've said too much 😂😂😂). Love that it was made entirely with the same small team—that’s why it feels so cohesive. And the ABBA influence throughout (even down to the super-relatable, straightforward lyrics) is incredible!! Jack really worked his Anton-off on the production 🤣 Honestly, I think it’s her strongest body of work yet. On your point about women being easier to talk to, I completely agree—but it shouldn’t be that way. Parents especially need to stop boys from becoming the emotionally stunted men you’re describing. And not to generalize too much, but this is exactly why every “bro” needs queer male friends in addition to women. Like women, we’re often the ones who won’t judge you for being vulnerable in the way other men might. Having those safe spaces and perspectives in your life really matters—diversity isn’t just a buzzword, it can honestly save people from going down toxic paths. My favorites: "Sugar Talking", "When Did You Get Hot?", "Don’t Worry I’ll Make You Worry", and the bonus track you accidentally skipped called "Take It Off, Danny!" 😍🤣

in my opinion emails I can't send is still her best album but short n sweet and man's best friend are both great bodies of work that include some of her best and my personal favorites from her discography...I was so genuinely confused when I listened to the album cause some of the feedback I saw wasn't that complimentary to put it nicely but I love it. my favorites are Sugar Talking, When Did You Get Hot? and Such a Funny Way (🤫​)

In Go Go Juice, she rhymes the names of several rumored exes: John = Shawn (Mendes) Larry = Barry (Keoghan) Gosh = Josh (Bassett) Villain = Dylan (O’Brien) Not that it matters who she’s speaking about, but it is kinda genius!

I just came back to say how much this album has grown on me over just the last week. I liked it on first listen, but I sorta took the same position that Short ‘n Sweet was the better album. But man, literally every track on MBF has made its way to my On Repeat playlist on Spotify. I think I really just had to let a lot of the lyrics and different production sounds marinate for a bit, so I could truly appreciate what an amazing work of art this album is. And just in time for my vinyl to come in the mail today!!! I got the deluxe packaging, with the faux fur back cover. I’m so excited to open it! 😆😆😆
