"the final piece" refers to an additional japanese member that will be obtained through a survival show in japan. it's in partnership with abema (japanese streaming service). it looks like they're aiming for a mid/late 2026 debut

they did a casting call in Japan so the final member will be Japanese. i'm not Indian so it doesn't feel fair for me to look past Samara's anti-Indian behaviour :( it's so sad because Lara called them soul mates before everything came out. I was really excited for Lexie and Emily but unfortunately Samara is a deal breaker for me, I find the things she liked pretty unforgivable esp since it hasn't even been addressed by her or hxg
