I didn’t remember this jazz version and I absolutely adored it ❤️ Speaking of government hooker, that song in the BTW ball was INSANEEEEEE. I think you’ll die when/if you watch it 🥵

Michael Hardwick

My theory with the Government Hooker teaser, is that Gaga planned to release a MV with these visuals which were ultimately scrapped by her label (they were being difficult during this time as BTW didn’t deliver the same numbers as The Fame/TFM so she threw the concept into this. Another theory, as the VMA Performance & this teaser don’t match up, is that there was a change of plan for the performance. We’ll never know!

MadeleineMars

Omg I hadn’t seen this before! Love it.

Natalie Marie

yeah once you get into the JazzGa era, you’ll see a lot more of her trumpet player! I know you mentioned seeing him a few times, but you might have forgotten that he’s in the 5’2 doc cause he’s the father of the baby who’s baptism they went to. Gaga is the Godmother 🥹❤️

We need to see the VMA You and I performance reaction i have been waiting so long for it

Lorenzo

The guy you thought was Perez Hilton is actually songwriter Justin Tranter. At the time he still had his band Semi Precious Weapons and was very close friends with Gaga, was an opening act on her tour. Funny that you say Perez though because there is a lot of lore (and beef) between Gaga & Perez haha
