You’re totally right, this music video was kinda basic in premise and mostly made to make traitor the next official single. It was directed by a different person and after sour prom and some of her live performances it kinda had to become a single. To me the mv is mostly about her trying to forget and move on but not being able to (everywhere I go I see his face vibes). It was the debut (and really only appearance) of the pink hair tho, so it’s a win no matter what
