New Artist alert! I’ll write my thoughts tomorrow once I listen to it more times and process my thoughts into words.

Were you thinking of the Beatles Lucy in the sky with diamonds 🎤🎸🥁🎵

YESS HOLLY i first learned about holly when i bought girl in red tickets in 2022 and i love listening to openers beforehand & discovering new music… holly happened to be the best opener discovery and has turned into one of my favorite artists and i adore her in every way. when i saw her, she hadnt even released her debut album and she didnt perform with her band yet… just a girl, a loop machine, guitars, and a dream… so so so happy she’s getting recognition. THANK YOU for this, juke!!!! hope u dive into her earlier projects if its a good time someday :)

I’ve already listened to the album twice today and third time by watching this reaction. Love it!

Not me dancing around in my garage to Cruel World with Juke 🤣🤣🤣

Also, you can tell how much artists like Taylor, Gracie, and Sabrina have influenced her artistry. But she still has her own distinct style and sound, which is SO refreshing. She kinda gives off a Tim Burton vibe a little bit—which I’m completely here for!!! Mannnn, the pop girlies are seriously CRUSHING the game right now. We love to see it. 💙

Cann you please react to her debut??🥹🥹 it’s soo good like this one please react to it🙏🏻🙏🏻 it’s called “paint my bedroom black”

Okay my thoughts. WOW! Just wow. Her voice is very soothing to the point I fell asleep and when I woke up I had to rewind. After some time listening after the reaction her songwriting is so introspective I hope that’s the right word to use. The way it flows reminds me of others but yes still it’s her own league. I agree with everything you’ve said. The album is so good especially the last 5 tracks. It’s hard to choose my favorites but 100/10 album and artist.

I really enjoyed the reaction, happy to see you also loved the album as much as I did! I know you haven’t done Noah Kahan’s new songs yet, hearing you talk about your former close friend, I’m really curious to see what you think of “The Great Divide” and if you relate to it at all, since it is about a similar subject matter. Whenever you get to it, perhaps with the whole album. Much love!

So the other mix up I had during this in Lucy was misremembering Penny Lane lol. I don’t think she was a seamstress either but someone that worked in The Beatles’ office. Lucy In The Sky with Diamonds is definitely about LSD so idk what was going through my mind 😂
