Such an out of left field comparison but this reminds me of a lot of Kesha’s early unreleased music and her deeper cuts. Not necessarily the lyrics but the flow and structure is very reminiscent to me. obviously with some of Olivia’s quintessential 90s sound.

This was fresh sounding, but still contained the Dan/Olivia classic cord progressions, her beautiful “headl voice vocals and a great bridge. It’s perfect opening single.

I have had this song on repeat the entire day. The amount of serotonin this song gives me is insane!!! She looks beautiful, and the video was gorgeous. The fact they let her actually film in the Palace of Versailles in France is amazing. This song feels like the rush of having a crush. Or the excitement of what if they kiss me what if they don’t, she depicts it so well!!! I’m beyond excited to hear the rest of this album.😍🔥

Oh I knewwww I felt a kinship lol, fellow Virgo here. Very very analytical and love to learn. Makes sense why you have a music commentary Channel. Also we have a very strong sense of justice so like you get really frustrated when there aren’t consequences for someone doing something wrong or bad and I feel that very strong w you. this song has been on repeat all day in my house, I can't stop listening she never misses!! also I'm not sure if you are aware or have reacted to them already but she has two live covers released with Robert Smith from her Glastonbury performance of 'Just Like Heaven' and 'Friday I'm In Love' and they are fantastic I think you can find the performances on YouTube but both songs are also on Spotify!! if you haven't listened to them already I would love for you to react to them! love your videos as always :)

Also, I had to listen to this song a few times today for it to grow on me. Idk what it was, but on the third listen something just CLICKED and now I can’t get it out of my head. I think it’s toward the end of the song, when the production is just in full swing and she goes up on “kiss me & I might”… so fucking catchy.
