seth meyers did an interview soon after connor was on and talked about how outside of taylor swift he’s never had as many personal ticket requests for a guest before and for his late night debut to only be not even 2 months after the show premiered that is crazy! and the crowd hudson had for jimmy fallon the security said they hadn’t seen a crowd that huge since harry styles so these boys really rose to fame so quickly and it’s so deserved! also there’s an interview where hudson and connor text fans and it’s a really fun one i hope you get to watch it soon!

Omg I totally forgot about these interviews with all the press/events they’ve been to after S1- I’m so glad you reacted to them!! Seth and Jimmy both spoke about how crazy the demand and crowds were for these episodes, with Seth saying he’s never had more ticket requests before aside from Taylor swift, and Jimmy comparing the fanfare outside his studio to Beatlemania 😭 there was a vid of Hudson entering the building before the show and it was insanity. Must be a crazy thing for Connor and Hudson to handle after being unknown a couple months ago so I’m glad they seem to be handling it well 😅 I can’t even imagine adjusting to that

It is so supremely unfair for two men to be so authentic and smart and hot and talented and funny and kind, and then meet each other and kill us all completely dead with some kind of supernova besties energy. I can’t even 💀. Hudson is so 👻, Connor is so 🐶, and I sincerely hope there are 10000 other humans just like them that we don’t know about. if you're into doing more longform content, hudson's 'shut up evan' podcast episode is amazing. It shows a lot more of his serious, intellectual side than any of the interviews you've seen of him so far.
